Check-Out the Cup

  • A staff member scans the cup’s QR code using the reusables check-out device.

    Multiple cups can be scanned under one person.

Customer Tap & Setup

  • The customer taps their card on the reusables card reader (Stripe).
    After tapping, they can choose to add their phone number to receive return reminders.

    Alternatively, customers can use a Reuser ID by downloading the reusables app and setting up an account.

Return Options

  • Customers can return cups at any participating business during opening hours.

    To return, they scan the cup’s QR code using the smart return tablet, then place the cup in the assigned return bin.

  • Smart bins are located throughout the village and on the mountain, offering additional return locations that are accessible outside regular business hours.
